Platforms

Your store on one side, your ads on the other

Raasid is not an add-on to a store platform, and not a tool inside an ad dashboard. It is the layer between them: it captures the event on your store's server, hands it to your ad platforms server to server, and keeps you a record of every one.

How it connects

Read in one place, sent to another

The connector captures the store's events on the platform it already runs on. Raasid builds the event, hands it to each ad platform over that platform's own official API, and keeps the answer as it came.

  1. Read

    From your store

The event, its value and currency, and the customer identifiers needed to match. The connector reads no card data and no password.

  2. Built

    Inside Raasid

The customer identifiers are hashed, and the event carries an ID that stops it being counted twice against the pixel.

  3. Sent

    To your ad platforms

Server to server, and then the platform's answer is kept as it came: delivered or rejected, and why.

Store connectors

3 connectors work today, 3 are in development

“Works today” means the app is published on that platform's own app market and running. “In development” means it has not shipped, and we do not give it a date.

Ad platforms

Where the events arrive

Each platform receives over its own named official API, not through a middleman. The same event goes to every platform you have enabled, and each one gets its own delivery record.

  • MetaConversions APIWorks todayDirect integration with Facebook & Instagram Conversions API to boost match quality and attribution.SendsThe event, its value and currency, the event ID that stops it double-counting against the pixel, and the customer identifiers hashed with SHA-256.

The boundary

What the platform does, and what Raasid does

The ad platform

  • Serves the ad and decides who sees it
  • Attributes the conversion to a campaign and an ad set
  • Keeps its own report and its own numbers

Raasid

  • Builds the event from your store's actual order and delivers it from the server
  • Stops it double-counting against the pixel, through the event ID
  • Keeps the delivery record: arrived or rejected, and why

Questions about connecting

Does Raasid replace the pixel?

No. The pixel stays where it is, and Raasid sends the same event from the server with an ID that ties the two copies together, so the platform counts one conversion rather than two. The gain is that the event arrives even when the pixel does not.

My store isn't on any of these platforms - can I still use Raasid?

3 connectors work today. The generic Webhook connector for any custom stack is in development with no date. If your store is elsewhere, message us and we will tell you where things actually stand rather than promise one.

What data leaves my store?

The event, its value and currency, and the customer identifiers the platform needs in order to match, hashed with SHA-256 before they leave. No payment data and no card numbers.

Do I need a developer?

No. Installation happens from your platform's own app market, ad accounts connect through a secure login with no tokens to copy, and every setting after that is in the Raasid dashboard.

Is your store on a supported platform?

Install the app and start, or message us if your platform isn't supported yet.
