How long does setup take?
Most stores finish setup and activation without writing any code. Activation is not tied to one platform: we ship an official app on Zid, Salla and Shopify (WordPress, Magento and custom stores coming), and a Saudi support team that walks you through it.
What counts as an order?
Each completed purchase in your store counts as one order, regardless of how many ad channels we forward the event to.
Do you support privacy compliance?
Identifying data is turned into a SHA-256 hash before any transmission, so no raw data leaves your store.
What if I exceed my order limit?
We never stop routing your events. When you exceed your monthly limit we notify you and apply a small overage rate per additional order.
Is there a free trial?
Yes - a full 30-day free trial, no credit card required, with all features including every channel and store.
Will Raasid slow down my site?
No. Raasid operates asynchronously via your server or lightweight edge functions, adding zero overhead to page load times.
